Groundmail partner terms 1. Commission. You earn 30% of every payment a new customer you refer makes to Groundmail, for as long as they stay a paying customer. A customer counts as yours if they sign up within 90 days of clicking your link and you were the last partner link they clicked. Taxes, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. 2. Payouts. Commissions are held for 30 days so refunds and chargebacks can clear, then paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, through Stripe, PayPal or Wise. A refunded or charged-back payment reverses its commission. 3. What's not allowed: - Referring yourself, your own company or accounts you control. - Bidding on "Groundmail" or misspellings of it in paid search, or using it in ad copy or domain names. - Sending unsolicited email, spam or messages to bought lists to promote Groundmail. We're an email company, so this one ends the partnership on the spot. - Coupon and cashback sites, incentivized clicks, or cookie stuffing. - Misleading claims: no invented prices, features, guarantees, testimonials or "official partner" wording. 4. Disclosure. Say clearly that you may earn a commission when you recommend Groundmail, as the law where you and your readers are requires. 5. Changes and ending. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Either side can end the partnership at any time. Commissions you earned under these terms before it ends are still paid, unless the partnership ended because these terms were broken. Questions: support@groundmail.dev
